About Us
Our slogan is “Building a Pathway to Better Health and Fitness.” Fitness is a stepping stone for good health and good health sometimes requires intervention from a skilled professional such as a physical therapist. Our physical therapists are experts in exercise prescription and joint and muscle dysfunction. We are physical therapist owned and proud to have three convenient locations just off Route 90, in Huntley, Hampshire and in Lake in the Hills.
Physical therapists are highly educated professionals, who are now graduating from Universities with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Physical therapists are experts in rehabilitation of muscles and joints, injury prevention and prescribing exercises that are appropriate to the individual. Our physical therapists are orthopedic trained. We treat all ages of people who have soft tissue and joint dysfunction.

The therapists at Moffett do a tremendous job diagnosing problems and creating an effective treatment plan. Their staff is friendly and helpful. I’ve recommended many people to Moffett and they’ve all been helped with their various ailments.
